On October 21, 2015 the 6th Annual JTTORNEY PEDRO F. SOLER MUÑIZ RECEIVES A TRIAL LAYWER EXCELLENCE AWARD FROM THE JURY VERDICT REPORTERVR Awards for Trial Lawyer Excellence hosted by the Jury Verdict Reporter took place in Chicago, Illinois. Around 250 laywers and judges assisted to the award ceremony, during which trial lawyers from said city were recognized for superior outcomes and record verdicts achieved by individuals and teams of trial lawyers. Attorney Pedro F. Soler Muniz of Soler Law, PSC received an award for trial lawyer excellence from the Jury Verdict Reporter in the category for “Highest Reported Illinois Jones Act Verdict or Settlement”, among attorneys John J. Perconti, Michael F. Bonamarte IV and Margaret P. Battersby Black from Levin & Perconti and Roy C. Dripps III from Winterscheidt & Blotevegel. Attorney Soler received said award for securing a $7.5 million settlement in a personal injury Jones Act case in the state of Illinois with the aforementioned laywers.
